Created in a choice of Alaskan Yellow Cedar, Poplar or Aspen, this instrument has a totally hand carved and hand painted Dance Mask fetish block. The sound emitted from this flute is as beautiful as its appearance. The thonging on the block represents the cedar bark covering that would hide the head and shoulders of the wearer and is of the finest quality hide. The hide thonging is inserted into the block (for total strength and stability). Available in all keys, this flute is concert tuned to a six hole extended Pentatonic scale using the very latest in Strobe technology and is ideal for players of all levels.
