Ordering and Other Payment Methods

We accept orders either by email, regular mail or by phone and are happy to accept personal checks or money orders (See 'Payments' below)

Layaway
We are happy to be able to offer you a Layaway plan which can be viewed by clicking on this link: LAYAWAY PLAN. The terms and conditions of the Layway Plan form part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Payments
Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched upon receipt of payment, in full, by money order or by PayPal (Credit/Debit Cards). Personal checks and out of state checks must clear through the banking system before goods are dispatched. This could take up to 10 days.
Terms & Conditions.
1. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges which are detailed on the printable order form.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any order which we feel is not in our best interest(s).
3. Warranty - Items purchased (see also paragraph 4) from us are covered by our 30 day warranty in which we guarantee to exchange, repair or refund all moneys in the event of a manufacturing fault/defect. However, and in the unlikely event that you feel you need to return any item to us, we do stipulate that such items must be received by us unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when they left our workshop.
4. All flutes are guaranteed against faulty workmanship only. If you feel your flute has a fault due to workmanship please return it within 3 days. We reserve the right to attempt an effective repair or to replace the flute before considering refunding the purchase price paid at the time of purchase. This guarantee is subject to the correct care and maintenance (as per instructions supplied with your flute(s)) of any flute purchased and is honored at our discretion.
5. Damaged Deliveries - In the event that items are damaged by carriers - please contact us immediately by telephone or email for further instructions. Your order will be replaced at no additional cost.6. Overseas orders - please email waking-spirit@waking-spirit.com for shipping costs.
